Still, Steve should know. He and Sam are not necessarily in a position of authority, but in all the years of knowing him Viktor gets the sense that he'd know what to do with this kind of information, and shouldn't be blindsided by it.

It's hard to know what will happen next, or if the war will be put on hold now that the true threat of the Singularity has been made clear.

[ That look that Viktor sends around them speaks volumes, drawing Steve to move closer to him so that he can speak quietly. He's gathered this regards some sensitive information, especially given that question that Viktor asks next. ]

[Viktor doesn't necessarily think they'll be in any danger, discussing the schematic in the marketplace, but perhaps Steve is right that they should use some discretion. He nods, and will follow wherever Steve directs, though he doesn't wait to arrive at their destination before supplying some context.
